At TASTYRO, we are committed to providing you with high-quality food products. Customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
1. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product meets the following conditions:
- Damaged during transit
- Expired at the time of delivery
- Incorrect item received
If your order meets any of the above criteria, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs or an unboxing video as proof.
2. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery of product within 10 working days
- Order cancellation before dispatch
- Product found damaged or expired and verified
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days upon approval.
3. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for food products due to hygiene reasons. If you received a wrong item, we will ship the correct one at no extra cost.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
